There is a new documentary out there called King Corn. I can highly recommend it. Two friends go to Iowa to grow an acre of corn. It shows how corn is grown and the second half is following it into the food supply.
Corn is now genetically modified and is not fit to eat. It is killing the cows, who are mercifully slaughtered before they die from the corn. So they feed it to us too.
I am really wondering if I am not allergic to corn at all. I can't eat chemicals and the corn in our food supply isn't a food at all. It is an inedible product that is mostly a chemical at this point that cannot be eaten without processing.
An experiment will be to eat some corn that is not genetically modified and see what happens. Since it gives me a headache I might try it. It also brings up the issue of how many people have the same problem I do?
